What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a simple way to boost focus and productivity: you work in short, timed sessionsβusually 25 minutesβfollowed by a quick break. After several cycles, you take a longer rest. This method helps you stay on task, avoid burnout, and track your progress throughout the day.

- Start the timer and focus on one task
- Work for 25 minutes without distractions
- Take a 5-minute break when the timer rings
- Repeat 4 times, then take a longer 15-30 minute break
- Mark tasks complete as you finish them
